How to Order on GrabFood?

GrabFood app is available for Android and iPhone users. The app is easy to navigate, as well as the GrabFood website. Follow these easy steps on how to place your order via GrabFood:

1. Launch your Grab app or website and select “Food.” 
2. Enter your delivery address (make sure you encode the correct delivery address and pin location, it will trigger order cancellation.)
3. Restaurants available in your area will be displayed. Select which restaurant where you want to order.
4. Select your meal and add it to your basket.
5. Complete your order and choose your preferred payment method.

Multiple order options are also available on your app. If you have the updated version, you will have the choice to process multiple orders. GrabFood Payment Options

Payments for your orders can be done via GrabPay, debit/credit card, or cash on delivery. However, at this time, GrabFood is promoting cashless orders for safety reasons. There are also bank promotions you may apply to your order. 

GrabFood Delivery Charges
